Combination of Swedish & Deep tissue muscle therapy with gentle stretching to help promote balance within the body. Always make sure to communicate with your therapist about any recent injuries or operations PRIOR to service.

We have many different options to help you Look & Feel your best!  A complimentary Body Contouring Consultation is recommended for ALL clients prior to any body contouring treatments.  It's important to know what your body/skin care goals are, while also finding out if there are any of the following (allergies, medications, recent surgeries, illness and or disease) that we should be made aware of that could be contraindicated for any of our services.  Getting to know YOU and your goals is very important to us along with maintaining SAFETY FIRST.

M’Lis Contour Body Wrap

The M’lis Contour Body Wrap is useful for two purposes: 1) overall measurement decrease (in inches), 2) for detoxification and lymphatic cleansing. Whichever your goal, your body will benefit from both results with our body wraps. The M’lis contour body wrap works by helping to cleanse out trapped waste in the connective tissue. Our contour cream works to stimulate the lymphatic circulation while the actual wrap mimics acupressure by pushing the lymphatic fluid up into the thoracic valve. The body wraps process is not based on water loss, as clients do not sweat, and does not contain chemicals or dehydrating ingredients. Clients may wear their own swimwear or a sports bra and panties (short swim trunks for men).  Do not shave legs, apply lotion or oils or take B vitamins the day of your wrap.  Your body will be ready to have another treatment on the 6th day.
